COVID-19 SALON PROTOCOLS

We are excited to announce all SALON PROJECT locations are now open.
It is our privilege to serve you!

We will confirm ALL new and standing appointments via phone 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment date. If you have a temperature or are feeling sick, we kindly ask that you stay home, and we will accommodate you at a later time.

CLEANLINESS
Our salon has been deep cleaned, including the replacement of all air filters. Upon arrival please sanitize your hands. We will provide hand sanitizer in our waiting area. Per state guidelines, we now require all guests and stylists to wear masks. The Salon Project will maintain all sanitary protocols throughout the salon and bathrooms.

The waiting area will no longer be available however, you can check-in for your appointment and wait in the Saks Department store if your stylist is not ready for you yet. We have removed all menus, magazines, and appointment cards from the front desk area. So, please bring a book or iPad for your enjoyment. At this time, we are also not allowed to serve any beverages. We will have bottled water available that is properly sealed. If possible, leave purses at home and bring only essential items (i.e. car keys, a form of payment, phone, book, or iPad).

SALON ETIQUETTE
We are practicing social distancing by limiting the amount of personnel in a room and maintain 6 feet apart. Please keep in mind that the following guidelines are in compliance with the Florida State Board of Cosmetologist and Barbers that every salon must abide by.

We encourage all clients to try to eliminate cash flow in the salon however; all major credit cards and or debit cards are accepted. For tips, we do have an ATM machine available for your convenience. If you do not wish to use the ATM we completely understand. If you wish to tip in cash, please come prepared with the proper change to provide directly to your stylist/assistant. All staff members are now able to accept e-tips to their phones via the Venmo app. In order to send an e-tip your phone will need to have the free Venmo app as well.

At the end of your service, your stylist will check you out via iPad. If you need to purchase retail items, we ask that you let your stylist know and the front desk team will bag your items at end of visit.
